Sauder reported on the Meeting program for the May meeting. The program will be an open discussion of egg sizing. Changes which will take place on July 1 when the uniform standards portion of the Egg Products Inspection Act goes into effect will be emphasized. Sauder introduced the speaker, James Stanley, compliance safety health officer of the Philadelphia office. Stanley reviewed the major provisions of the standards including in spection and enforcement procedures. He urged those who have not read the law and oc cupational safety and health standards and established Federal standards to do so in order to know what changes have to be made.
