Martin, East Earl RDI The 18 year old Nelson serves ' as County FFA president. He has also served the Grassland FFA Chapter as second secretary, reporter, and vice president. He was a delegate to both the State Convention and the National Convention. In other FFA activities, he was a member of the dairy judging team at the National Convention in Kansas City. He has received the Greenhand degree. Chapter Farmer degree, and Red Rose degree. He has served as chairman of several committees. Nelson has been a participant in many County and Area contests. On the Chapter level, Joe has received awards as the Star Greenhand, Star Crop Farmer and Star Livestock Producer.
