Add onion and celery and cook about 5 minutes, stir ring occasionally. Add to matoes, water, salt and pep per. Cook about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles. After noodles are cooked, rinse with warm water and drain well. Add noodles and tuna to tomato sauce.. Turn mixture into lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Top with buttered bread brumbs.
