Witmer brings to the office his experience as president of the Eastern States Farm er’s Exchange, Springfield, Mass, during the years 1957 and 1958. He has served on the board of directors of that organization for 28 years. The owner of a 400 acre farm at Dalmatia Rl, Wit mer lias a string of 100 reg istered Guernseys, operates a hatchery with- a half mil lion bird capacity per year, and manages his own fruit farm.
