Visitor? to the Congress from 47 countries displayed in frozen, packaged samples of every type of commercial ready-to-cook poul tiy packed in the United States USD A poultry research and mar keting specialists answered many inquiries regarding availability and quality of the products. The visitors had an opportunity to sample poultry dishes, made from recipes of numerous coun tries, in a model kitchen operat ed by a USDA home economist.
