It’s The Law
“It’s the Law” with simple

CASTER FARMING in coop

Q How old must a young man
er woman be before they can
purchase a car without the sig
nature of the parent”
A There is no law’ m Pennsyl
vania which says that a person
must be a certain age before
they can purchase an automo
bile with or without the signa
ture of their parent It is the
law in Pennsylvania, however,
that a contract made by a minor,
being a person under 21 years,
can be voided, or cancelled, by
the minor at any time before he
leaches 21 years of age, or with
in a reasonable time thereafter
For this reason, any one who
sells an automobile to a person
under 21 years of age takes the
risk of having such person de
fault on the sale, and the seller
would have no remedy other than
to demand the automobile back 1
