Serve this ground beef special for a light supper or as an after-the-game stand-by. 1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoons lard or drip pings Vi cup chopped onion Vj cup green pepper strips, 1 can (10% ounces) condens ed mushroom soup % cup milk Vz teaspoon salt 4 English muffins, split and toasted ' Paprika Cook onion and green pepper in lard or drippings until tend er. Add ground beef and cook until crumbly and brown but not hard. Pour off drippings. Com bine soup, milk and salt and add to beef mixture. Cook until heat ed through, about 5 minutes.
