College, South Dakota State College, Oklahoma A. & M College, University of Kentucky, Pennsylvania State University, lowa State College, University of Missouri, Univer sity of Tennessee, Snd Texas Technological College. The winning team in Kansas City will take home the National Live Stock and Meat Board’s coveted challenge trophy, which must be won three time's for permanent possession. In the contest, which is sponsored by the Meat Board, the students will be required to judge nine classes of beef, lamb and pork whole sale cuts and carcasses, as well as grading 20 beef carcasses and 10 lamb carcasses The judging teams are made up of three men from each school.
