Heads State Cancer Drive The Pennsylvania Division of the American Cancer Society has received fore than $1,632,000 from citizens of the Common wealth who contributed to the 1956 Cancer Crusade, it was announced today by Fred War ing, state campaign chairman. This amount is $lOO,OOO great er than the $1,432,000 contrib uted in the 1955 Cancer Cru sade, reported Mr. Waring. Some Returns Incomplete Mr. Waring said that while the campaign is completed in most sections of the state, there are still a few county units whose final returns are incom plete, and the total subscription to the 1956 Crusade is expected to show an increase by the end of the Society’s fiscal year, August 31.
