FROM THE LION'S EYE STAFF 1 We the editors and staff of THE ] LION’S EYE, your campus news- . paper have enjoyed bringing youl | this, the first issue of the 1988-89 3 academic year. However, due to the lack of equipment expressly] for the use of THE LION'S EYE staff, and the limited availability of other campus equipment, it has become necessary to consider sus- pending production of this publi- cation. This decision is one that] has been arrived at after much debate and anxiety. Nevertheless, we believe it is the only option, given the resources available. Thank you for your support! THE LION’S EYE STAFF Letters of support are welcome. Please send them in care of THE September-October 1988 LION'S EYE. The Commons/Athletic Center is complete. The Center houses two gymnasiums, a running track, lockers and showers, a cafeteria (pictured in the lower left hand corner), a bookstore, a weight-training room (pictured in the bottom right hand corner), and the Continuing Education offices and Conference Center.
