The Smoking Committee, made up of two smokers and two non smokers within RHC, has desig nated certain areas where smok ing is permited'in the Resi- dence Hall. In the lobby, smoking is permitted on the girl's side; the boy's side of the lobby is for non-smokers. In the dining hall, facing the clock, the left side is for non-smokers. The dorm lounge has not been decided upon yet. The Arts and Cultures Com mittee sponsored a plant show and contest on November 6.
