C) There shall be one Graduate Senator for every 100 full-time equivalent graduate students. All Judicial powers shall be vested in the Student Court. There shall be a Chief Justice and eight Associate Justices. All members of the Executive branch must adhere to the following guidelines: A) May not miss more than two unexcused meetings per academic semester in office. B) Must serve on at least two committees per academic semester in office. C) Must post and hold office hours in the SGA office totaling no less than two hours per week. D) Must instruct the officer-elect in their responsibilities before they assume office. E) Shall not hold an office in the Senate, Student Court, or any other student organization. President A) Execute the proposals enacted by the Senate. B) Preside over all meetings of the Senate in the absence of the chair of the meeting. C) Call special meetings of the Senate with 24 hours notice. D) Appoint chairpersons to all committees with majority approval of the Senate. E) Fill vacancies in the Executive Board, Senate, or Student Court occurring after the fall elections with approval of two- thirds majority vote of the Senate. F) Establish new ad hoc committees with majority approval of the Senate. G) Establish new standing committees with two-thirds majority approval of the Senate. H) Approve all members of standing, ad hoc, and campus committees. I) Shall have a vote in Senate meetings only in the event of a tie
