PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY :ONSTITUTI( We, the students of the Harrisburg Campus of the Capital College of the Pennsylvania State University do hereby form ourselves into an association under thi: Constitution, its Bylaws and University Policy, in order to govern ourselves, promote welfare of students, and direct activities of student organizations in the best interest c student body. The name of this body shall be the Student Government Association of Pennsylvania State University, the Capital College at Harrisburg, and hence to be km as the SGA. Section 1 Section 2 Section 3 CAPITAL COLLEGE AT HARRISBURG Arth The SGA shall consist of an Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branch. Executive power shall be vested in the Executive Board consisti the order of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Executive Secretary, Committee Secretary, and Public Relations Officer. All Legislative powers shall be vested in the Senate. Each acad division shall be entitled to representation. A) There shall be one Junior and Senior Senator for each academic division B) There shall be one Junior Senator at large and one Senior Senator at large for every 500 full time equivalent under graduate students in their respective years.
