This lecture will take place on Monday, April 2, at noon in the Reed Lecture Hall. Andaleeb is the recipient of the 2000 Council of Fellows Faculty Research Award. Andaleeb’s research focuses on consumer behavior in health care, education, and marketing. He has written and presented numerous papers on these topics. A native of Bangladesh, Andaleeb '.s an editor for the new Journal mgladesh Studies, which is sored by the Bangladesh elopment Initiative and the ociation for Economic and 'elopment Studies on ladesh. It will be shown on Tuesday, April 3, at 7:00 p.m. in the Reed Union Building Lecture Hall. This sophisticated French film features Magali, a lonely widow who longs for male companionship. Her friends Isabelle and Rosine encourage her to interact socially, and both friends pursue separate plans to fix up Magali with someone at the wedding reception of Isabelle’s daughter. Drama among lovers, friends, and relatives is created through situations mirroring real life. The Women’s Film Series is sponsored by the Office of Student Affairs and is free and open to the public. Open to both students and profes sionals, the symposium will offer three informational tracks: ERP Implementation Issues, Web-based Reversed Auctions, and Product Management. APICS is an international educational society recognized worldwide for its training and certification programs. The cost to attend the symposium is $5O for company representatives, $25 for MBA students, and $5 for undergraduate students.
