The Beacon is more than happy to print all the goings-on of the Behrend community. However, it is the responsibility of the community to get the information to the newspaper; not the other way around. With dozens of groups on campus, it is not feasible for the Calendar Page editor to track down every event occurring on campus. To ensure your event is included, please send the information to the Beacon. Include if the event will be recurring, as in a weekly or monthly meeting. Also, send in your information as early as possible. While you can never contact the Beacon too early, you can be too late.
