The course is open to men and women and to youths 12 years and older. There will . not be any advance reserva- tions or enrollment. Persons wanting full information about the course are invited to attend the first session. Norman Williamson, Lit- itz, will be in charge of this 10 session course. He is experienced in power boat- ing and in sailing. Several other experienced members of the Power Squadron will discuss and demonstrate various kinds of information such as boat trailering, marine charts, buoys and other aids to navigation, right-of-way, sound signals and lights. The course covers both sailing and power boating and shows what to do under various water and weather conditions.
