NOTICE
The East Donegal Zoning
Hearing Board will hold a
public hearing at the East
Donegal Township Super-
visor’s Office at Maytown,
Pa., Friday, August 22, 1975
at 7:30 P.M.
The East-Donegal Zoning
Hearing Board adjourned
the hearing of July 18, 1975
on a request for an
exception to property lo-
cated on the north side of
Kraybill’s Church Rd.
(T-316) due to lack of
information. The request
was made by D. C. Gohn
Associates, Inc. 24 East
Main St., Mount Joy, Pa.,
Consulting Engineer for
William M. Hess, of Penn
Realty. This exception is for
relief of the 30 feet
minimum bulding setback
requirement affecting lots 9
through 13 of Block “°‘A’’ in
Hessmar Manor due to ar
error by the previous sur-
veyor regarding the omis-
sion of SO feet of the
existing right-of-way of
Pennsylvania Power and
Light Co. overhead trans-
mission line. It is requested
that this minimum setback
be revised and reduced to 22
feet since Lot 6 and 7 of
Block ‘‘B’’ have been sold.
The alternative of shifting
Sellar Drive to the south is
very impractical due to the
previous sale of lots.
Any opposition to the
above may be voiced at this
hearing.
J. Robert Greider
Secretary
