In addition to this he is a teletype and radio operator. At Indiantown Gap, he worked as teletype operator for the Red Cross. He speaks English quite well and is also conversant in French. St. Mark’s Church ap- proved sponsorship of a Vietnamese family in the beginning of July. The pastor has been making frequent trips to Indiantown to befriend Vietnamese families and finalize arrangements. The members of the church have pledged all kinds of support of money, furniture, clothing, and personal energies. Individuals have indicate willingness to clean the new home, move furniture, go shopping with the family, counsel, baby-sit, tutor, give driver training, and provide transportation for the new family. It is the church’s desire that his fine family become an integral part of the Mount Joy Community as soon as possible. Church of God holds Camp Meeting Rev. R. C. Warner, pastor of the Church of God in Mount Joy, has announced that a camp meeting and Bible conference will be held ai Central Manor Park from August 23-31. Boarding charges at the camp will be $20 per adult and $10 for children under 12. Refugee Resettlement Meeting at Mount Joy Mennonite Church A meeting to share information on resettlement of Vietnamese refugees was held August 3 at the Mount Joy Mennonite Church. Representatives from 18 congregations were present. Donald Sensenig, who had served as a missionary in Vietnam, and Pastor Trun Xuan Quang are available as resource persons to congre- gations interested in a resettlement ministry.
