The employment will not interfere with Social Securi- ty payments. vandalism in War Memorial Park. The rest rooms in the park are almost out of operation, because of rocks, garbage, and other objects placed in the plumbing and clogging drain pipes. Water foun- tains outside the rest rooms and in the pavillion are filled with sand to make them inoperable. Parker asks that all persons who have keys to the rest rooms be certain to lock them in the evenings after groups have used the park’s recreational facilities. If the vandals are children whose identities become known, the parents of these children would be liable for the offenses of their child- ren. The borough is determin- ed to take necessary steps to end the park vandalism, both because of the expense of making constant repairs and because the fountains and rest rooms are rarely useable.
