The laws legislate for our young men to be drafted. This is then a form of limit- ing a person and his life. Since this is operating in this great nation why not limit wealth, How would we ap- proach it; well legisate that all persons with $500,000,000 or more worth of wealth turn it over to the govern- ment. Next year all persons with $100,000,000 or more turn it over to the govern- ment. The next year reduce it to $10,000,000 and so on. Next step, allow inheritance only to $10,000 per person that can be given away. We know that by this time some one reading this will shout ‘Socialism’ but we say no, just limited capitalism. For example, everyone is still able to be engaged in free enterprise until he becomes a millionaire. At that time he turns his ownership over to the government and he re- ceives a weekly check, say for $1,000, and that is all his to spend! But you say how could all this be figured out! THE BULLETIN, MOUNT JOY, PA. PAGE THREES OTIS A good question, but keep in mind we are in a great tech- nological age and before long all the monetary structures will be using computers so the machines will be able to work out the figure problem. Even tho it has geen abun- dantly shown that cigarette smokers age for age have higher death rates than non- smokers, there is no way to prove that death in an indi- vidual case is caused by smoking. Its sort of like the death rate being higher in pedestrians who cross the street than in those who stay on the same side; death is caused not by crossing the street but by being hit wilh a car.
