Board members approved a budget of $4,368,060, a sub- stantial increase from last year’s budget of $3,674,195. In addition, they voted to raise millage rates from 45 to 59 mills. Other taxes, the one percent realty transfer tax, the one percent earned of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Martin, Stuart, Va. Plans have been com- pleted for a series of dances to be held at the East Peters- burg Civie Association over the remainder of the Summer. Future plans call for roller skating in the fall, ice skating and sports activi- ties. The club is currently hold- "ing weekly meetings at East Petersburg’s Trinity United Church of Christ on a tem- porary basis.
