Have you been needle-in-a-hay-
stacking-it lately? Looking for the
| house of your dreams, that is. You
know .
. . the one that suits every
member of the family. The one with
large family room
modern
kitchen... fireplace. ..two-and-a-half baths... on a large
lot. Near schools . . . church... shopping. And, all within
your very own slim-line budget? Takes some mighty serious
and dedicated house-browsing. Keeps you poring over the
daily‘‘House For Sale’’ ads. Robs you of nights out. Kills the
week ends. Worth it? Once you move in and begin to enjoy
that new-home type living, we think you'll agree it is. Espe-
cially, if the County Farmers Bank has arranged your
financing program, putting your mind at ease. Stop by
when you are ready to talk about a mortgage loan. You’ I
be pleased with our speed and thoroughness. |
Warren Bentzel is the man to see at County
Farmers Bank. Or any of our helpful lending
officers. You'll like the personal interest they
takeinyou...and that house of your dreams.
