Mrs. Harry Frank celebra- ted her birthday anniversary last Sunday. She and Mr. Frank spent Sunday at Mech- anicsburg visiting their twin nieces. They also had a birth- day anniversary the same as Aunt Ada, Henry Egrhart is a patient in St. Joseph's hospital. Mrs. Nellie Blake was hos- pitalized for several days last week. She had her wis- dom teeth extracted. Mrs. Paris Hoffman is a pa- tient in the General hospital. Calvin Carr is also a pa- tient in the General hospital. Dr. and Mrs. Michael Gratch and Michael, Jr. left Tuesday for a vacation in Florida. Carol will join them on Friday. She will leave af- ter her last exam and go by plane. The Senior Girl Scouts and their leaders attended the morning worship service at the Donegal . Presbyterian church last Sunday. Mrs. Norman Legs returns ed from the hospital Tuesday and is convalescing at her home. Revival Services will cone tinue in the Church of God. Baptism will be administered Sunday evening. Communion will be held on Holy Thurs- day evening. Mrs. Mearl Kilmore and daughter, Philadelphia spent the weekend with Mrs. Cora Derr and son. Mrs. James Baker and sons spent last weekend at Dun- bar, Pa. Russel remained to spend two weeks with his fa- ther and grandpgrents. Dennis and Denise Dick, of Millersville, spent the week- end with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Waller. Mrs. Esther Hoffman Schadt has been a patient at St. Luke's hospital, Bethle- hem for hip surgery. The Senior Girl Scouts en- tertained the Senior Citizens at g St. Patrick’s party at the American Legion home on Saturday afternoon. PLAN DAY CAMP Camp Donegal, the Girl Scout Day Camp, will be held June 15 - 19 at the Mount Joy Sports Farm and the Cove. Mrs. LeRoy Bates will serve as camp director and the Day Camp commit- tee consists of Mrs. Warren Foley, Mrs. Charles Shoemak- er as business manager and Mrs. Jay Greider in charge of Health and Sanitation. All scouts 7 through 17 from the Donegal Neighbor- hood are eligible to attend. ICE CREAM, SOUP SALE The Mount Joy Lions club will hold an ice cream and frozen soup sale on Monday evening, April 6, beginning at 6 pm. The sale will be door-to-door through the East and West wards of the bor- ough.
