The said Borough Council hereby vacates as a pub- lic street that portion of Sassafras Alley in said Borough (16 feet wide) beginning at a point 286.35 feet eastward from the East curb line of Jacob Street and extending thence eastward by a course south 83 degrees east, 266 feet as per sur- vey tw Henwv H.
