IT IS HEREBY enacted and or- dained by the Borough Council of the Borough of Mount Joy, Lan- caster County, Pa. that the “Re- vised Zoning Map” of said Borough which is referred to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of said Borough, adopted July 1, 1946, is hereby further amended as fol- lows: Section 1. The following district or areas heretofore included in Residence B. District on the said Zoning Map is hereby changed to, and shall hereafter be an Industrial area: ALL THAT area the boundaries of which are as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the south side of South Alley and the Western line of Jacob Street; thence extend- ing southwardly along the western line of Jacob Street extended, southwil-dly 174 feet, more or less, to the intersection of said line with the northerly line of New Street extended; thence westwardly a- long the northerly line of New Street, extended, 669.03 feet, more or less, to the eastern side of a 14 feet wide public alley; (said east- ern side of said alley is 164 feet eastward from the eastern line of South Street), thence northward along the eastern side of said alley 174 feet, more or less, to South Alley; thence eastward a- long the southerly side of South Alley, €69.03 feet, more or less, to the place of Beginning. Section 2. The Borough Secretary is directed to have the changes made by this ordinance inscribed on the master zoning map of the Borough and to have copies of the zoning map as amended by this ordinance, printed for filing in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds with this ordinance, and for gen- eral distribution.
