terium of Pennsylvania and Ad-
jacent States, addressed the con-
gregation of Trinity Lutheran
Church on Sunday, in honor of
the Tenth Anniversary of the
pastorate of the Rev. W. Lester
Koder.
Dr. Fischer spoke of the plea-
sure he experienced, as President

pastors at work in their parishes,
many of whom he had instructed

present position. Dr. Fischer also
complimented the congregation and
pastor for their fine interest and
support of the world church.
Trinity, Mount Joy, has paid its
Benevolence and Lutheran World
Action quotas 100 per cent for
many years. Its Women’s Mission-
ary Society ranks fifth among the
ary societies in the Lancaster Con-
ference in its contributions,
The congregation thrilled to the
rendition of a solo, by Miss
Dorothy Schock, who sang “The
Crucifixion” by Pearl G. Curran;
and the choir of Trinity Lutheran
Church sang the “0
