Garber, R. Esh- leman, Miller, Barto, Zeller and Burgess Bachman present. Street Committee—Mr. Barto re- ported snow cleared from fire plugs, crossings clean, also gutters and some rubbish hauled. Also that there are some side walks in town that have not been cleared of snow. Water Committee—Mr. Zeller re- ported that coal are needed at the pumping station. Committee was instructed to get bids on a carload. Mr. Miller suggested that the Super- visor should flush all fire plugs reg- ularly as was a former practice. Finance Committee—Mr. R.
