we found it so, found stacks of Furniture we ought not to have.
You would naturally think that Furniture, being so bulky,
would be hard to overlook. It is just the reverse. It requires so
much storage stpce that it is a constant game of “hide and seak,”

FIRE NEAR MANHEIM
Home of Amos Weidman Badly Dam-
aged Sunday Evening.
There was a fire on Sunday evening
at the home of Amos Weidman, lo-
cated along the Manheim and Peters-
hurg turnpike, about a mile and a half
east of Manheim. The crew of a
trolley car which passed the place,
saw smoke
and notified the inmate, who proved
to be John Weidman, aged between
seventy and eighty years, who lives
with his son. Amos. The family had
gone to church and the old man, whe
is feeble, was allowed to remain at
home, Mr. Weidman was assisted
from the house and word was tele
phoned to Petersburg and Manheim
for the fire companies to respond.
The Petersburg company did good
work ard was aided by a bucket bri-
gade. Tre Manheim company was on
the way when they received word that
the fire had been extinguished.
