Thursday evening Mount
Joy’s Swim Team traveled
to Lititz to compete in its last
league meet of the swim-
ming season. The meet
scheduled for Tuesday ev-
ening was rained out due to
the storms in the area
recently. When Mount Joy
and Lititz met, Lititz had a 6
and 0 record and Mount Joy
stood at S and 1. It looked
like an interesting meet.
Although Mount Joy was
close to Lititz during the
entire meet, the Lititz team
came out on top by a 238 to
191 score. The scoring after
each event went as follows:
Freestyle — Lititz 49,
Mount Joy 41;
Back — Lititz 95; Mount
Joy 85;
Breast — Lititz 132;
Mount Joy, 137;
Butterfly — Lititz 189,
Mount Joy 170; and
Relay Teams — Lititz 238,
Mount Joy 191.

Parents Swim Club hosted
the Divisional Swim at the
Mount Joy Lions Club Pool.
Eight teams took part in the
