Page 4 SUSQUEHANNA TIMES George George and Robert Roberts promoted George George and Robert Roberts were both promoted by National Cen- tral Bank last week. Both men were made assistant loan officers, ac- cording to Robert M. Moore, Lancaster Region administrator. Robert J. Roberts, Jr., is a Columbia native who now resides in Marietta, where he is a member of the Pioneer Fire Company. Robert joined the bank in 1971 as a teller. He became a unit manager in 1974 and a collections supervisor in 1977. A graduate of Hemp- field High School, he has completed several courses sponsored by the American Institute of Banking. George W. George is a Lancaster resident. He at- tended E-town College and Bucknell University. Maytown Elementary School will present its Spring Music Program, “Through the Year in Song,”’ April 10 at 7:30 p.m. The all-school pro- gram will feature each grade in song and dance for all the months of the Robert J. Roberts, Jr. year. Kindergarten and first grades will appear for the summer months, and second and third grades will take care autumn to Christmas. Doris Saylor Doris Marie Saylor, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley M Saylor of RDI Elizabethtown, 'has been awarded the Rensselaer Medal from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. The medal is a honor given the 11th grade student for out- standing achievement in the study of mathematics and science during the junior year at Donegal High School. One junior from each of about 1300 high schools is so honored each year. Each school selects its own winner. Doris will now be eligible to compete for a Rensselaer scholarship.
