Frank Bonnie Everett marries Jack Frank The marriage of Bonnie Allyson Everett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Franklin B. Everett, Lititz, to Jack C. Frank, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack H. Frank, Maytown, took place on Saturday evening (February 17th) at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Lancaster with the Rev. David P. Thomas officiating. Jamie S. Everett, sister of the bride, Bloomington, In., was maid of honor. Brides- maids were Connie Longe- necker, Elizabethtown; Janice Keil, Mechanics- burg: Cindy Nelson, Stroudsburg; and Bobbi Evans, Mountville. Robert A. Frank, brother of the groom, Maytown, served as best man. Ushers were William Earhart, Eliz- abethtown; Richard Rhine, Mount Joy: Robert Evans, MYO Mountville; and William Reuter, Mount Joy. The bride wore a floor length gown of ivory satin with re-embroidered Alon- con. The dress had an empire waist with cardinal sleeves and a watteau train with motifs of matching lace. The bride attended Linden Hall School for Girls and is a cum laude graduate of Elizabethtown College in business education. She is an instructor of secretarial sciences at Central Pennsyl- vania Business School near Harrisburg. The groom is a graduate of Donegal High School and York College. He is a social studies teacher and head basketball coach at Eliza- bethtown Area High School. The couple will live in Maytown. Baseball starts soon The Maytown Youth Organization holds monthly meetings on the 4th Monday of the month at 7:30 in the East Donegal Township building. They urge all parents of children eligible to play baseball to attend and help plan the activities for this season. Sign-up for the baseball season is scheduled for March 1st, 7:00 to 9:00 Harry Chapin The Harry Chapin Band will appear at Elizabeth- town College on Monday, February 26th. Tickets are available at Budget Disc- O-Tape in Lancaster and at PM, and March 3rd, 10:00 to 12:00 PM at the Township Building. Each child will need his parent’s signature, birth certificate, and registration fee. Election of officers will be held on the 4th Monday of March. The MYO hopes to have at least 15 people at the meeting. For Every Ear on the square in E-town. Tickets cost $7.50 regular and $6.50 for students. Show time is 7:30. February 21, 1979 Marietta Auxiliary plans Marietta Day Projects for the year were listed at the February meeting of the Marietta Auxiliary to the Columbia Hospital. The meeting was held at the home of Miss Elsie McCloskey. Co-host- ess was Mrs. Elise Kulman. - Mrs. Joe Carroll conduct- ed the business session during which benefit events including spring and fall card parties, a Marietta Day event, and printing a cookbook of local recipes were discussed. If you have a recipe to contribute to the cookbook, contact Sylvia Henry or Ruth Wisman by this April. The cookbook’s art work will be done by Patricia Gilmartin. Ellen Leonard will be the typist. Loretta Arnold will proofread. The book is planned to go on sale in September. . A home-made quilt will be chanced off during this spring. Ruth Miller, Sylvia Henry, and Betty Katjen will choose the pattern. Mrs. George Houseal and Mrs. William Heisey are the co-hostesses for the March 12 meeting. It will be held at 1:30 at the Houseal’'s home on West Market Street, Marietta.
