It shall be unlawful for any person to repair any motor vehicle or other vehicle while that vehicle is standing on any street, alley or roadway in the Borough of Mount Joy, except that the following repairs or types of repairs shall be permitted: a. Emergency repairs necessary to prevent the obstruction of traffic; b. Emergency repairs necessary to permit the removal of a vehicle from a street, alley, or roadway; and ¢. Minor repairs such as tire changes. Section 2. Any person who shall violate any pro- vision of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than ‘twenty-five dollars ($25.00) ‘and costs of prosecution, or in default of payment of the fine and costs, to undergo imprison- ment for not more than ten (10) days. Each and every day that said violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense under this ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective im- mediately.
