Insurance Dr. Hartzler questioned the recommendation of the superintendent’s office that district student insurance be bought from the Re- serve Life Insurance Co. of Dallas, Texas. (The local agent of RLI is B. Titus Rutt). Dr. Hartzler recalled having heard that Hemp- field High’s rates were much lower than those quoted in the recommen- dation. He was assured that the rates were higher at Done- gal because Donegal gets more coverage than Hemp- field or a similar reason, and that RLI Co. is not more expensive than the others. Dr. Hartzler agreed to the recommendation on condition that an investiga- tion of the situation be conducted before the con- tract is awarded again next year.
