District leader John Matoney reported that write-in possibilities are still open for committee persons: 2 in the East Ward of Mount Joy, and one in the 1st District, Marietta. Russell Hay, a Garden Spot teacher, spoke on his candidacy for Democratic State Committee and for mid-term convention dele- gate. He was previously elected to the State Com- mittee in 1974 and 1976, and as a delegate to the national convention in 1976. He is president of the Guy K.
