It will be held in the YMCA gym on Saturday, April 22, at 10 AM. You don’t have to be a member of the Y to enter. Prizes will go to most charming kid, the most original costume, and the cutest smile. For information, call Rick Comegy at 397-7474. PP&L news PP&L plants are operat- ing normally now that the coal strike is over. How- ever, the price of electricity will go up because of the strike. PP&L was forced to burn expensive oil instead of coal after its stockpiles ran out. PP&L asked its cus- tomers to conserve electri- city this last winter for that reason. Even though the strike is over, conservation still makes good sense, notes PP&L. Pack 136 flies kites Pack 136 of Mount Joy was in Long’s Park near Park City last week to fly kites.
