East Donegal Township will be required to spend approximately $5.7 million over the next few years to eliminate violence-causing chemicals in the water supply, according to gov- ernment spokespersons for the U.S.C.0.C.C.V. Victor D. Feate, under -assistant South-Central Eastern Seaboard chief of Auxiliary Operations in Charge of Purity of Supply of the United States Com- mission on Chemically Caused Violence (U.S.C.0.C.C.V.) happened to be driving along Rte. 141. Feate later stated in his report that ‘‘a rusted, apparently non-complyingly mufflered 1959 model Chevrolet sedan, with the rear axle raised, driven by a white male aged approx- imately 18 years, passed Attention fishermen The PA Fish Commission urges fishermen to get their licenses on time. If you wait till the last day, the agent may have run out of licenses. Agents are bonded, must post money for each blank license, and can’t afford to stockpile them. So, they might run out. Since 1.341 PPM constitute a level tending to cause violent behavior in young persons exposed to the chemical, Hey! Thanks. -ed. the U.S.C.0.C.C.V. has set October 31st, 1978, as the deadline for reducing the concentration to 1.341 PPM. However, this will be very costly. East Donegal would have been eligible for funding in combating the chemical menace, but, unfortunately, it lies within the Special Jurisdiction Area of the U.S.C.C.V.C., or United States Chemically Caused Violence Committee. Since the problem was discovered by the U.S.C.O0.C.C.V., which is a branch of the S.P.Q.R, the U.S.C.C.V.C. (a branch of P.D.Q.) cannot, under the guide- lines and Carter's Zero Base Budgeting Program, pay any of the $5.7 million clean-up bill. Township fathers expect taxes to go up.
