A surprise party was held for her by her children on Saturday at her Open house at Vo-tech The Mount Joy Vo-Tech will hold its annual Open House on Friday, the 17th, starting at 7 PM and running to 9 PM. The Open House is an opportunity for students’ families and prospective students and their families to visit the Vo-Tech and see how it works. Students will be working on projects and learning. Instructors and staff will be available to answer questions and discuss the school. The Mount Joy Vo-Tech trains young people for YMCA volleyball league Like to play? Volleyball? If so, you now have two opportunities. In addition to the Chiques V-ball league, the Lancaster YMCA is now sponsoring extension program games. The Y league is called the *3-M.’ The purpose of the games is recreation, not life and death struggle. The co-ed games will start on March 22nd and run 10 weeks, one game a week. Marietta, Mount Joy, and Maytown can each have four teams. Each team must pay $25 to join the league.
