No Music at the Library Staff members of the Lancaster County Library will present a series of programs to aquaint the public with their recording collection. The library re- cently bought 3000 records. Each one-hour program will highlight a type of music. Programs will take place at 4:00 PM in Mount Joy's library. Dates are: Feb. 9, opera; Feb. 16, jazz; and Feb. 23, spoken arts. The children’s music program is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 10 AM in the Mount Joy Library.
