If the budget is approved at the next meeting, the rate will go from the current 13 mils to 17 mils next year. The total. 1977 budget was $320,900. The propos- ed sum for ’78 is $405,899. Here is a partial break- down of costs between the the two years, as already in for ’77 and projected for 78: . The Council gave prelim- inary approval to the sub- division plan of Jones and Zink, who hope to build 22 detached and 80 semi de- tached single family houses to be called Pennsbury Manor, on South Market Avenue between Wood Street and Donegal Springs Road. The plans must be approved by both the Mount Joy and Lancaster County Planning Commis- sions before construction can begin.
