She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ruhl, 206 Pinkerton Road, Mount Joy, Pa., 17552. Becky is enrolled in the Academic course at Donegal High School. Her High School activi- ties are, Band-9, 10, 11, 12 Treasurer-11, 12, Drama- tics Club - 10, 11, 12 Treasurer - 12, National Honor Society - 11, 12, NEDT Certificate, Teen of the Week (Lancaster New Era), Basketball Statistician - 11, 12, Yearbook Editor. Becky attends Trinity Lutheran Church, Mount Joy. She is Secretary of the Youth Group. Becky is working at Ruhl’s Flowers making bouquets and delivering. Her plans are to attend College, major in Graphic Design, Commercial Art (possible Penn State). BOY OF THE MONTH Melvin Hay is boy of the month at Donegal High School. Sarah Zimmerman, toastmistress for the Pro- gram, announced the fol- lowing displays of talent: Ruth Andrews, Bain- bridge and Millie Way, Mt. Joy played several piano duets; Carrie Ney, Mt. Joy recited ‘‘The Village Black- smith’’; Nedra Brandt, Mt. Joy played a piano solo. Readings were presented by Romaine Good, Esther Hockenberry, Millie Way, Irene Hess and Martha Randler. Other musical entertain- ment was presented by Elmer Herr playing the harmonica; and Elmer Reed singing, playing gui- tar and a harmonica. Teams meet Saturday Chiques Athletic Assn. meets The Chiques Adult Ath- letic Association will hold two meetings for both the Men’s and Coed Basketball Leagues on Saturday, Oct- ober 9 at 2:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Marietta Community House, 264 West Market Street. All men and women, living within a 10 mile driving distance of the Marietta Borough wishing to participate in either or both leagues are asked to be present at one of the meetings.
