ter, Miss Sandra Jean
Shue, to Larry E. Schmoel.
The bride-elect graduat-
ed from Donegal High
School. She is employed by
Landisville Bakery.
Mr. Schmoel is the son
of Charles E. Schmoel of
Tempe, Ariz. He is also the
son of the late Mrs.
Eleanor Schmoel. He grad-
uated from Milton Hershey
School. He is employed by
Way Oil Co.
Denlinger-Miller
Mr. and Mrs. Raymonc
C. Denlinger, Marietta Rl,
announce the engagement
of their daughter, Miss
Barbara Ann Denlinger, to
Karl E. Miller.
The bride-elect graduat-
ed from Donegal High
‘School. She is employed by
Donegal Mutual Insurance
Co., Marietta.
Mr. Miller is the son of’
Mrs. Dorothy J. Miller, 773
Kayo Ave. He is also the
son of the late Abram H.
Miller. He graduated from
Hempfield High School. He
is employed by Armstrong
Cork Co.
Nicholson-Hiestand
Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas
G. Nicholson, of Rockville,
MD., announce the en-
gagement of their daugh-
ter, Denise Ann, to Christ-
ian James Hiestand, son of
Mrs. Mary G. Hiestand
and the late Christian J.
Hiestand, of 10S S. Arnold
St., Maytown.
The bride-elect is a 1973
graduate of Robert E.
Peary High School of Rock-
ville, Md. She was an art
major at Montgomery Col-
lege in Rockville, Md.
She is an artist now
doing charcoal and pastel
portraits at the Alpine
Slide, an authentic mount-
ain slide in Gilford, New
Hampshire.
Her fiance is a 1969
graduate of Elizabethtown
Area High School.
He attended Philadelphia
College of Bible for two
years in biblical studies,
and received his B.A.
degree in biblical studies
from Florida Bible College
in 1974.
He also attended Miami
Photography School, and
received a one-year dip-
loma in portraiture from
Rhode Island Photography
College.
Hiestand is part owner
and manager of Genesis II,
a jewelry store.
The couple plans an
outdoor wedding for Sep-
tember 10, 1977 at the
Anchorage Cottages on
Lake Winnisquam.
