Gibson, the church has invited the Rev. Donald E. Hurlbert, pastor of the Gospel Center in York and president of the Indepen- dent Fundamental Church- es of America (IFCA) to deliver the dedicatory message. Other partici- pants in the service of dedication will be Associate Pastor J. Douglas Hallman, the Reverend Marvin Apple of Belefonte, the Reverend ‘Almos Shelly and Mr. Martin Wolgemuth, Chair- man of the Building Com- mittee. Music will be by the Calvary Bible Church choir. Preludes on the new Rodgers organ, the installa- tion of which was super- vised by the Buch Church Organ Company, will begin at ten minutes past two. The congregation will worship in the new build- ing for the first time on the morning of June 19 at 10:30, during which time new members will be received into the fellow- ship. At 7:00 that evening, the church choir under the direction of Richard E. Merritt, will present John W. Peterson’s cantata “The Sound of Singing’. The original church building on the site, locat- ed in Donegal Heights, was dedicated in 1964 with an addition built in 1972 and a parsonage erected on the four-acre tract in 1968. The newest, air-conditioned ad- dition, measuring 114 feet by SS feet, contains an auditorium with balcony to seat six hundred, twelve classrooms on the lower level, expanded nursery facilities, and foyer. Gen- eral contractor for the construction was H. W. Nauman and Son Inc. of Willow Street. Pastors Gibson and Hallman and the members of Calvary Bible Church invite you to join with them in this day of dedication and rejoicing to celebrate what the Lord has done in their midst.
