Loose, Lancaster, teacher and de- partment chairman of His- tory and Social Sciences, Donegal School District will be the speaker for the Memorial Day Services, Maytown, on Monday, May 30, at S p.m. Sponsored by Donegal Post #809, the celebration will include the Shawnee Band of Columbia, the Donegal High School Band and the Bainbridge Band. In the line of march will be disabled veterans, Donegal Legion Auxiliary, Maytown Bicentennial committee, Boy and Girl Scouts, May- town Youth Organization, Maytown Jaycees, Church of God, Lutheran, Reform- ed and Reich’s Evangelical Congregational Sunday Schools, the Pennsy Strut- ters and the Maytown Fire Company members. Paraders will assemble at the former Legion Home. The parade will proceed south on King Street to West High, on High to Harter St., South on Harter to Elizabeth St., East on Elizabeth to Reformed Cemetery where graves will be decorated while a selec- tion is presented by the Bainbridge Band. The par- ade will resume its march from Reformed Cemetery, go west on High to Center Square where the official ceremony will take place. The Invocation will be offered by Kenneth Barn- hart. A recitation - “What America Means to Me? will be presented by Shawn Kreiner. The Memorial Day Address will be given by J. W. W. Loose. The prayer will be led by the Rev. Earl E. Herr.
