There are 3S ambulance personnel, including RNs, practical nurses and ad- vanced first aid people. Twelve crew-members are trained in coronary care. The certificate given to DHS student John Wealand is ‘“‘in recognition of the service he contributed to members of his hockey team and their families.”’ John is a member of Friendship Company’s Jr. Firefighters and has taken rescue and first aid courses with the company. His training was very useful when a bus carrying his hockey team crashed in New York State.
