Phyllis Shope
will attend E-town
Miss Phyllis J. Shope of
Marietta has enrolled as a
freshman at Elizabethtown
College this fall, according
to Kevin A. Manning,
Elizabethtown’s director of
admissions.
Miss Shope is the daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs.
Terrence D. Shope, R.D.1.
According to Manning,
Elizabethtown operates on
a rolling admission plan,
making it possible to offer
students admission within a
short time after they have
filed applications.
Students accepted by
Elizabethtown then must
indicate their acceptance of
the College, and Miss
Shope has done that, Man-
ning said.
