April 14 and again on Wednesday, April 20th at 7:30 p.m. The entire staff and faculty of Maytown school have been involved in this production of ‘‘Aunt Drusilla’s Garden,’’ an operetta in two acts. The entire student body will also be part of the production. The kids, all dressed in flowers, will constitute the chorus. The players are: Nelda, April 13, 1977. to right: Eric Shober, Greg Embly, Billy Weaver, and Jonathan Swab. Doyle of Route 1, Box 477, Mount Joy, has been promoted to his pre- sent rank while serving with the 2D Marine Air- craft Wing, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC. A 1975 graduate of Donegal High School, he joined the Marine Corps in March 1975. Phyllis Shope will attend E-town Miss Phyllis J. Shope of Marietta has enrolled as a freshman at Elizabethtown College this fall, according to Kevin A. Manning, Elizabethtown’s director of admissions. Miss Shope is the daugh- ter of Mr. and Mrs. Terrence D. Shope, R.D.1. According to Manning, Elizabethtown operates on a rolling admission plan, making it possible to offer students admission within a short time after they have filed applications. Students accepted by Elizabethtown then must indicate their acceptance of the College, and Miss Shope has done that, Man- ning said.
