BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the Borough Council of the Borough of Mount Joy, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, as follows: Section 1. Section 502.e of the Mount Joy Borough Zoning Ordinance of 1975 concerning the area and bulk requirements in a medium density residential district is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 502.e--Area and Bulk Single Family A Single Family Detached Semi-Detached Dwelling Unit Minimum lot size 9,680 sq. ft. 4,840 sq. ft. Minimum lot width at setback 80 ft. 3S fit. Maximum density 4.5 units/acre 9 units/acre Section 2. Where 100 feet, the building setback shall be as specified for this district. Side: 1S feet; provided, however, that for semi-detached dwellings only one sideyard will be required; Rear: 20 feet.
