He was the husband of Inez B. Rice and a member of Immaculate Conception Mrs. Roberta E. Foltz, 57, of 17 8S. Ring St, Maytown, died unexpect- edly Monday at her resi- dence. She was the widow of Marvin R. Foltz, East Donegal Township police chief, who was killed April 7, 1967, while trying to stop a hold up at Maytown branch of Union’ National Bank of Mount Joy. She had been under the care of a physician. Mother’s The annual Mothers’ March against Birth defects sponsored by the March of Dimes begins Sunday, Jan- uary 16 and continues for two weeks.
