The new troop was organized by Leader Donna Wetzel and Assistant Leader Margie Vogel. Besided the girls, about 35 parents attended the in- vesture. The group made gift slips for Ingathering (to orphanages, andthe needy) and said the Girl Scout Promise, sometimes known as the ‘‘Brownies B’s’’. They also sang the Brownie Smile Song.
