Myers and Jay Richard Reich of the Mari- etta Regional Board. Myers has 17 years of banking experience serving in a variety of duties; most recently as Manager of the Marietta Office. He is a graduate of Chambersburg High School and attended Messiah College. He has completed the PA Bankers Association's School of Banking, Bucknell Univer- sity and has received the Basic and standard Certifi- cates from the Amcrican Institute of Banking. Myers is an active mem- ber of the Crossroads Upon graduation from Maytown High School, Jay Richard Reich began his career at the Sex Chick Co., E. Petersburg, PA. Later he started the Reich Poultry Farm at R.D.#1, Marietta, PA, which today, is a baby chick brokerage company selling chicks to individual owners and to feed dealers who in turn sell to farmers. This is also a mail order business, servicing 40 states. Reich is a member of the PA Poultry Federation and the PA Farmers Association. Eleven years ago, Mr. Reich, in addition to the above business, formed Reich’s Auto Sales. Mr. Reich is a charter member Brethren in Christ Church of the PA Independent serving: on the Church Automobile Dealers Board and as Sunday Association and is also School Superintendent. He 1s a member of the Conoy Investors Club and is past Director of the Eliza coth- town Credit Bureau. They were informed that since this involves a reduction in contract salary, they are entitled to board hearing if they desire one. Of the four, John Day, guidance counselor at the high school, informed the board he is requesting a public hearing. Date for that hearing is June 23, at 7 p.m. at the business office. Parents from Southern Rapho Township have peti- tioned the Manheim Cen- tral Board to permit them to send their students to Donegal Schools on a tuition basis, to be paid by the Manheim Central Dis- trict. The Donegal Board could not take any action on this question since it was only a matter of information at this time. Board members gave their approval for Youth for Understanding program in the high school in 1976-77. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Deckert, of Mount Joy, will serve as host family for a Finnish girl, Oili Joenper, 17 years of age. No financial aid will be given from the school district but she will be given free tuition. Mrs. Mary- Margaret Peraro and Emil Swift, high school coordina- tors and Mrs. ‘Anne Messersmith, Lancaster resident local representa- tive for Y.F.U. program from Ann Arbor, Michigan, will supervise the program. The board was informed by the Department of Enviornmental Resources that they have granted an extension until August 30, ...17 hurt to complete high school tile field permanent repair. Permission was given, by the board, to pay $406.73 to the East Donegal Town- ship Supervisors for the high school tile field permit and plans, as well as supervision of construction work. Bids were received for the work on the tile field and were awarded at the meeting. The contract went to Ira N. Williams, R.D. 7, Manheim for the low bid of $6014.79. Other bids were as follows; Cope’s Plumb- ing and Heating, R.D. 1, Manheim, $7332.76; J. Robert Gibble, Manheim, $6987.46; W. E.
